1. There have been a lot of changes in the past 40 years. Farms are bigger now and machines are used to do men job now. Chemicals are being used to increase the number of crops in the growing seasons. Farmland is being brought up for urban development. Technology has created the life easier for peoples who work in offices. They have the help of computers now to store information and search for more information. Peoples can now start there own business online thorough the Internet. Factories owners can now sell their products online. The use of technology has changed the work in the factories. There is less force needed to do work in the factories. Their have been new opportunities opened for unemployed people as the technology gets better and better. There are hundreds of job opportunities available now on the Internet.
2. The transportation and the communication technologies have changed a lot over time. The use of email, cell phone, pagers, fax and satellite dish is now common. The transportation is easy now. One can go all around the world in short period of time. The transportation has changed the looks of exports and imports. The use of faster cars, buses, and airplanes is common now a day. Goods can be delivered much more rapidly and in much more coordinated and economical ways.
3. The role of women and men has been changed a lot in society and workplace. Women now have the same rights as men do and they are allowed to work. They have the right to vote now. Women have a much greater role in the workforce than they once did.
4. I feel good about these changes. These changes have allowed me to get good jobs and it has been helpful for my family and me. These changes have made the world a better place to live. I have less force work to do now. Technology has allowed me to make my life easier. The use of transportation helps me to go around all over the places for business reasons.
5. Yes, the health care has been changed over the time. People live longer now because the health care is better. The use of technology has solved a lot of health problems that we had to face in past. Now there is a cure to almost every disease. There are a lot of machines that are available now to have a good health. The food is now healthy.

Technology has been changing dramatically over the years. In the future it will be unimaginable. It has influenced the everyday life of the peoples in many ways. The following are some of the examples

• The work is easier now. The use of email, fax, cell phone and other communication technology has influenced the workplace and made it easier to contact others and send information. We can transact business in our homes/offices without being physically involved or having to travel outside.
• It’s easy to find jobs due to the usage of the Internet. You can sit in your home and search for a job. You wont have to travel around to find a good job. It’s easy to learn about your new job by using the Internet.
• Life is easier now for us. The help of machines has made it possible for us to use less physical force to do work. The machines can do physical and mental work for us in a better and faster way.

I think that these changes are good and bad for us. They are good in a way that the work can be done with less force and within a short period of time. It makes our life easier and better. Sometimes this change is doesn’t benefit us because, it makes humans less active and increases stress due to the demands of increased efficiencies.

The three other changes that I think might occur in the next 25 years are following:

• Transportation will get faster and efficient.
• We will have computer-controlled homes. Give commands and things will be done automatically.
• Fuel will no longer be in use; we will be using water or other resources to make our cars work.
• There will be better health care.

I think that these changes will occur because people are bringing out ideas on how they can make the life better. If they stick to it and work hard on it, it can come into reality.

Roles of men and women in the society and the workplace have changed a lot. There is a need for more participation in workplaces and homes for men and women. Men and women now share their idea and they are equal. Women can now vote freely. Women have the right to work and participate in other activities as much as men do. Due to the high cost of living men cannot fulfill the needs by him self, therefore women and men work and help their families financially. Women sometimes motivate men, which makes them work harder and efficiently. Women are now in the army, police and fire fighting. This happened because of the high cost of living and the financial problems. There are more demands for the employee’s now. These changes are good because it makes the women and men equal. Women have the right to do what she wants now. It is a true democratic method to make a society be successful. It brings participation on both sides to make a family or work successful. Different ideas are shared to make things better.
