The holy water that emanated from the 108 sprouts casts in the shape of cows' head at Muktinah, where pilgrams travel from afar to bathe their heads in. Forbidden to foreigners is the gas jet that produces the eternal holy flame alongside the spring that produces the water, making the combination of water, earth and fire which is the significance of this site.
