Introduce yourself as a high school biology student who needs to do a report on zoological careers, and ask them if you can have a few minutes of their time to interview them. You may want to take a tape recorder, or ask them to speak slowly so that you can take notes.
Make sure the following questions are answered in your report:
There is no such thing as TOO much information, but make sure you have answered all of the questions above.
People you might want to ask are: Veterinarians, research scientists, zoo keepers, museum curators, environmentalists, scientists on the Internet, animal rehabilitators etc.
Make sure that you are always polite, that you call or visit when you say you will, that you speak clearly, and that you say Thank You for the Interview.
Type your report on 8.5"X11" paper, and turn it in on or before Friday May 24th.
