History (preferably long and detailed): Initially piloted a Shield Liger lion-type...now uses the new Blade Liger lion-type. Hard-headed, impetuous, but loyal to his friends. Considered neutral but I think has Helic leanings. Has an older sister named Maria.

Ban is the son of a Command Wolf pilot who was killed in combat sometime prior to the beginning of the story. The new Zoids story begins with Ban wandering through the desert on his hoverboard when he is attacked by a rogue Guysack scorpion-type. Fleeing into some ruins to hide, Ban tries to wait out the Guysack and repair his hoverboard. In the process of looking for spare parts, he finds two capsules of some sort. Kids will be curious, and...Ban ends up releasing "Zeeg", an Organoid (or, "organic Zoid") from the larger capsule
