Battle with cockroach!
When I was using my computer yesterday, a 1.5 inch long adult cockroach fly (yes, I do mean fly) over me and land on the wall behind my computer monitor. My first reaction was: "What the xxxx!" My intuition told me to pick up a weapon, so I just grabbed the day's sport section of Houston Chronicle (a newspaper) and tried beat the hell out of the cockroach. It immediately hind itself behind my calendar on the wall. So I used my rolled up newspaper to hit the calendar. After several (at least five) attacks, there was nothing happened. I, with my entire guts, take the calendar off the wall. The damn cockroach fell out and crawled to my decks of books...
