GAMES-
The games was probably the highlight of the night for many of us! As you
see, we could all interact with Jeff at close...yes, very close distance. The whole idea was for fans to know Jeff /other fans better and vice versa. But of course more importantly, to have fun. There were 3 games for the night and Jeff had to help one different group for each game. And he sure helped them to win! For the first game, he joined Group 1 in a "Singing Battle" game where fans had to sing 2 lines of any Jeff songs and call out another group to continue singing another song. No songs could be repeated and no hesitation is allowed to think what song to sing next. Wow, you guessed it, Jeff's group won! The second game was "The Straw Architect" game. The 4 groups were tasked to build the tallest structure with ONLY straws and nothing else.No staples, tape or other materials. The structure also had to stand on its own for 5 seconds. Jeff helped Group 2 for this game. He told his group members what to do and they all started making very long lines of straws. Other groups were very confident about their structure and their build their artistic creations, some look like a dome, some look very odd. haha! Anyway, times up and guess which group won? Yes!! it was Jeff's group again! Their structure was the tallest, most stable and also the simplest to build. Hey..Jeff did it again AND please note: he was not told what games we were playing for the night! The last game was "Scavenger Hunt". The groups all had a list of 10 items to find within 10 minutes. The fastest group with all 10 items wins. The items included : a flyer from the hotel, contact lens solution, photograph taken with Jeff, mobile phone ring tone of Jeff songs, socks, Jeff's signature, etc. Jeff helped Group 3 and 4 for this game. Many groups send members to ask him for his autograph and photo but he said a strict "NO!!" to them as he wanted to help his own groups ...haha. After the games ended, it was photo taking time at the lounge on the ground floor. Hooray! as everyone rushed down. |
