Im not gonna give you any BS. These are "Get Rich Quick" sites. They will not pay you cash, however you can use the money you earn to advertise your own(They do advertise) stuff. So why not join, advertise the sites that do make you cash and get Referral Stats up with those sites and get paid? (more text below sites)
Advertise stuff like ebay sales & other business sales like referrals you may have/need/want to or Just to personally put and share something You want others to see.
I suggest you make a different e-mail for these and dont have any sent to the site only your new email(why not have them all go to one place than you go to each site) just check the ones you want.
