Chill Penguin- Weak vs. Fire
Flame Mammoth- Weak vs. Tornado
Sting Chameleon- Weak vs. the Boomerang Cutter
Spark Mandrill- Weak vs. Ice
Armored Armadillo- Weak vs. Electricity
Launch Octopus- Weak vs. Rolling Shield
Storm Eagle- Weak vs. Normal
Boomer Kuwanger- Weak vs. Homing Torpedo
Vile (in his robot armor)- it's impossible to beat him, you have to lose to win
Vile-  Rolling shield works, but if you have the hadoken fireball, it makes it a lot easier if you can do it right.
Sigma's pet- normal shots work, but the hadoken is tons better, but you have to have full life to throw it.
Sigma (1st form)- normal shots are the best, besides the hadoken. (I'll explain how to get it below.)
Sigma (2nd form)- Once again, use the X-buster.

This section will explain how to get the heart tanks, sub tanks, Capsules, and the special attack: Haduken.  First, I'll explain the Heart Tanks,

Chill Penguin-It's up on a platform near where you get your first ride armor.  You need to have Flame Mammoth's special weapon to get it.
Flame Mammoth-This one is down under the platforms with the little guys throwing pick axes at you.  You need to beat Chill Penguin's stage before you can get it so the lava will be frozen.
Sting Chameleon-There is a pit right before the area that is rocky.  Go down there and you have to jump across a bottomless pit and it's on a ledge.  You need to complete Launch Octopus's stage first.
Spark Mandril-It's on a ledge in the middle of the stage, you can't miss it.
Armored Armadillo-When you fall down behind the 2nd rock grinder, you need to kill it quick.  If you're fast enough, there will be enough rock for you to catch onto and jump up and get it.
Launch Octopus-When you come upon a little submarine thing that shoot out torpedos with parachutes, stand on the front and shoot a the orb on it and destroy it.  It will fall down and you can go right and destroy a big monster.  When it's dead, you can go to the right and get the Heart Tank.
Storm Eagle-This one's easy.  As soon as you get to the top of the lifts, dash jump to the left and it's on a platform.
Boomer Kuwanger-You will have to go through this stage twice to get this one.  First, you need to beat him and obtain his weapon.  Then, go back through the stage, and after the elevator part with the spikes, you come to a bunch of ladders.  At the top of those, it is on top of an unreachable platform.  Use the Boomerang Cutter and you should be able to get it.

Now for the Sub-Tanks.

There is one at Flame Mammoth's stage.  At the part with those little annoying guys that throw the pick axes, go up.  When you see that there is a path to the right, do NOT go that way.  Instead, keep going up.  When you get to the top, go left and when you come to the drop off, jump to the left.  You'll have to break through some bricks to get it.
One is holed up in Storm Eagle's domain.  When you get to the part with the platforms that hover up and down with flame throwers, ride the first one up and there is a huge glass room, shoot it and there will be a guy in there that you can kill.  Kill him and you can get it.
In Armored Armadillo's stage, there is one behind the first rock grinder.  Just drop down until he comes out and then jump back up until he passes.
The last one is in Spark Mandrill's stage.  At the part with a ladder going up and a ladder going down, go down.  To the right is the Sub-Tank, but it's unaccessible.  Above it is a guy that is attacking nothing and there is a ladder leading up to him.  Kill him first, then go back down the ladder.  Jump and use the Boomerang Cutter.

Ok, this last trick requires a little bit of patience and obedience, cause if you don't listen to what I say, you won't get it.

Alright, after you have gotten everything, and by everything, I mean EVERYTHING from all the sub-tanks to all the heart tanks to every special boss weapon.  After you have gotten that all, go to Armored Armadillo's stage and go through it all until you come to the last roller coaster thingy.  At the end of that oh-so-fun ride with the big flock of birds and the big gap, jump to the right and on a ledge will be a life capsule.  Get it and then fall into the pit.  Do this 4 or 5 times (be sure to stock up on lives).  After the last time, up where the life capsule is, there is a capsule with Dr. Light dressed in a Ryu and Ken outfit.  Step inside and behold the power of the Hadoken.  It will kill any enemy in one hit, but it has a drawback. You need to have full health to perform it.  If the strategy I explained didn't work, it's because you don't have EVERYTHING, so go get it all.
