Attack rules
Every battle you will get intelligence points. When you lose a battle you get 1 int. point and when you win a battle you get however many int. points your stat gives you. Int points are used to gain attacks from the attack sections, as long as they match your race and are within your Power Level (PL) For your starting attacks, you may choose 4 without Int as long as they are UNDER your PL. You may choose to get more attacks at the beginning using your starting Int.
Fighting
This is how fighting will be done. First you check out each others speed and who ever is faster gets to make the first hit. Each attack has its own set damage but every 200 of your PL above the PL needed for the attack you add another 100 to the damage. However, you can only add 2,000 per attack. When you attack you get to do one attack. It can either be a Ki or Power  attack or a physical attack (physical attack including swords blasters and sabers) but remeber ki and power attacks drain from your ki and power and once you run out you cant use any more of those kind of attacks. You may also use a combo, but those can be used only 5 times per fight when you start a battle you first say your Character name, PL, HP, and Ki . example:

Vegeta,
PL: 10,000
Ki: 500
HP: 20,000

Attacking can be done in three ways.
1) by doing one Ki/power attack
2) By only doing punching and kicking up to 5 times (you dont add PL damage to punching and kicking)
3) by doing up to 4 kicks/punches and then a Ki attack

You add it like this
1) Ki/power attack set damage plus PL damage (every 200 of your PL over set PL gets another 100 damage)
2) adding 50 for each punch/kick (or initial sword/saber) (this doesnt include PL damage)
3) adding 50 for all the kicks/punches (or initial sword/saber) and then one ki attack with PL and set damage)

Then you compare speeds and who ever is faster gets the first turn. Beam clashing is allowed at Ref discretion, but only 6 times (note, this is not a good method if opponents PL is bigger than yours, your Beam and his will hit you doing damage and takes up your turn). Beam clashing is simple: whoever has the highest PL will have their attack hit you and do normal damage, but the person who is lower loses one attack and also loses 50 ki or power.

Blocks and dodges reduce the damage dealt by 100, and you may decide to lose ki/power to add 100 more damage stopped for each 10 ki/power us use. You MUST say you are using ki/power as you dodge or block by putting a minus sign and then how much you are using.
(Example: Block- 10)

Counters are explained in the
Offense section, and not again here because I'm just too lazy at the moment.

Sparring works the same as fighting except that neither opponent can die, and they each gain 500 to their Stats, plus 10 ki, and plus 3 Int. The winner gets a bonus of 200 PL, 10 ki, and 1 Int. Sparring can only be done 2 times a day.

To train, post a message on the board describing your training, just like an RP. if you're confused as to what i mean, just look at the messages that are put up before you. I'll grade them and give them stat boosts that I deem appropriate. To train for a power-up, just put that you are doing so and you will be unavailable for the time it takes to learn it.

Note: if someone wants to volunteer to grade my training sessions, e-mail me using one of any of the links scattered about, or contact me using AIM or AOL
