Considering the type of character I am playing, this is needed. ::sigh:: Oh well. Until next time, it's on to the OOC Jargon.


1.) Yes, zakriah is a pit slave. No, she is not a pleasure slave as well. She knows the very basics of a pleasure slave's training, i.e., kneeling to the whip, nadu, and tower, but it was discovered from a very young age that she would never excell as a silk slave, so she was trained instead within the pits. Like it or not, it doesn't much matter to me.

2.) Zakriah is not beautiful. She has a hard, compacted body that is stripped lean from years of training. She's not quite a muscle-head, but her body is much too defined to be feminine. She's a collector of scars from head to toe. Even if she were a pleasure slave, I doubt anyone would want to use her. She's simply not pleasing to the eye.

3.) Zak uses 2d21. Ridiculous dice users (like 2d24 when on foot) will be asked to lower to 2d22, which still gives the opponent the edge of advantage. If you don't like the dice I use or the dice I ask to be used, feel free to work it out with me via IMs or just ignore me. AOL gave us a beautiful, beautiful thing indeed when it presented us with the ignore option.

4.) No instant death. I would somewhat understand it if zakriah was a silk slave, pampered and coddled and without a clue as of how to defend herself, but zak is a pit slave. She knows more about fighting than most men do, excluding warriors and pirates. Not that I'm saying she's better than men. Just that she's had extensive training her entire life in the pits with various weapons and opponents varying in sex and number. Tell me, would it be realistic to instantly kill a slave who, day after day, fights to defend herself from such a thing? Because of this reason, I will not accept instant kills. Mun consent isn't a must. Intelligent RP is.

5.) IMs. Ah, Gorean cellphones. It's a wonder the PK's haven't fired us all with the blue flame death. Please, please, please, keep IMs OOC. Unless your character is literally right next to mine in a room, there's no plausible reason to explain how he/she could whisper to zakriah. I don't mind IMs, I just don't like them IC. Thank you!

6.) Zakriah is afraid of very little. She does fear the free, and with good reason. She is not the type of slave who, like every other slave on AOLGor it seems, one would wish to coddle. She will not speak to the free unless spoken to. Yep, that means no "greetings, salutations, tal," etc., etc. in public rooms. This especially goes for the arena. On a busy day, there would be too many people present, yelling and whatnot, to even hear a slave greet.

7.) Zakriah is a pit, not a "feral" by any means. When permitted to speak, she does so clearly and intelligently. She doesn't crawl around on all fours, and if she is, it's probably because she's been punished to the form of the she-quadrupled. If she seems slightly animalistic, it's because she and her ilk are treated more like beasts than other slaves.

8.) Because she does not understand silk slaves, and at times is even envious of their pampered lives, zak does not like them. She is not their sister, she is not their friend, and she will run out of patience if bothered too much by one. Slaves, it is in your best interest to keep your distance from zak. If your character hounds her to the snapping point, she will attack. She will not simply attack for the hell of it, but if your character encourages it, well, then, that's your character's fault, now isn't it?

I'm just here to play and have fun, and it makes me sad that lately, no one can just play to have fun without getting an earload of crap about it. ::shrugs:: Meanwhile, I wish you all a great day, and please, enjoy your RP.
