Billy
Billy is the brainiac in blue behind the rangers. Always able to find a way to use science over force, Billy has proven himself to be an invaluable part of the MMPR team. Billy uses his power lance to thwart Rita and Zedd's evil. The lance can be used as a long staff like weapon, or can be separated to make dagger-like weapons. Billy commands the Triceratops zord.
