This is my first ever Cel Style picture that I ever created! I was just sketching then scanned it into Photoshop. i didnt have a 0.1 Fineliner at the time so I had to try and use the line tool to outline it (It came out pretty well, considering it was my first time using the line tool!)
After that I just used the polygon lasso tool to shade it! The eyes didn't come out well but i like the stance. I suck at drawing backgrounds, so the pic does look very plain :(. Genki Genki Genki!
