| Plot | Much much much more addictive than the first season. It's amazing--- All it is is mecha fight after mecha fight in a boring space background, but I couldn't stop watching (except for when I ran out of tapes and had to rent more) until the end. And I hated the end. There's a lot of repitition, like each girl becomes more friendly with their mecha separately. |
| Characters | Same old predictable characters as in the first season. |
| Humor | Primera and Mokona provide most of the humor during the second series. Other than them, there really isn't much humor. |
| Animation | Clamp draws everything so purdy! Hehe ^_^ They seriously do, though. |
| Music | The intros and endings are always fun to hear. |
| Japanese voices and subtitles | The voices are mostly good, but nothing all that great. Eagle's voice is terrible. It sounds so girly... |
| Dubbed voices | I didn't watch this dubbed. |
| Bishounen factor | Two new bishounen are added to the list- Lantis and Eagle! Wai! |
| Cutesy factor | Not only do we have Mokona, but now Primera too! |
| Notes | The all-female manga group CLAMP, which also did various anime such as Card Captor Sakura and X (which I've heard so much about but never watched) did Magic Knight Rayearth. Do not watch this until you watch the first season or you will be confused. |
