The temple of Doi Suthep ("doi" means "mountain") is located high on a hill. The majority of the route is a winding uphill journey. During our journey to Doi Suthep, we encountered many monks walking along the road. From our tour guide, we knew that there was also a temple nearby, and every morning, they will go out for food.
