Ahhh, the flames I've received. ^^ I really don't care very much for flamers. They don't provoke me in the least bit, despite of what they say. But I just really enjoy shitting on them and embarrassing them in public.

It's because of people like you that make me want to improve. I wouldn't have been where I am now in literature and arts if it wasn't for the pricks like you. So really, I should say thank you. The only reaction you'll get from saying something like that is my wanting to improve.

You call others narrow-minded for not accepting yaoi, yet all I see is how you bitch about narrow-mindedness and how stupid the world is. If you ask me, you're the narrow-minded one. People have a reason to put down others' opinions, you know.

Well at least this is a bit more of an intelligent flame. So let me answer with an intelligent reply:

Since you know that I constantly say the world is stupid, it must mean you've been keeping an eye on me, and throughly reading the things I've written (God knows where you did that *rolls eyes*), and that you somewhat know me....
If not, then that simply means you're making assumptions and judging me by the way I respond to flames.

I may say that the world's going to hell, but with good reason (I'll spare you the long description of why I think that is so). Not because I think the opinions and believes of others suck. I accept all opinions with open arms, even from the people that bash yaoi or anime or other interests.
Everyone is entitled to have their own opinion, and people will have to learn to accept this, whether they like it or not.
So lets just all try and be adults here, and accept that everyone will have a different opinion, but whether they do or not, it doesn't give them the right to blatantly bash and insult other's thoughts.

Another way of thinking about it is; if everyone did have your opinion, wouldn't you say that the world was absolutely boring?

You definitely have a talent for the things you do, however, I think that you shouldn't be abusing your talent and corrupt children and others with what you call "yaoi". I'm very worried a child might come across your site by accident and be corrupted by this nonsense. Please take your site down. I would really appreciate it.

Unfortunately, there are some narrow-minded people out there, whom it's useless to explain to what's so special about yaoi.
You, my dear lady, are one of them (I'm just going to save you from my usually large description about why I think yaoi is beautiful).

I would hardly call it nonsense. In fact, I call it an interest. Just like cars and books.

But if you're so worried about your kid being "corrupted" by my site, then there are plenty of things you can do to prevent the kid from seeing this "nonsense".

Get a parental filter. Like Net Nanny or SafeSurf, or change your internet security settings to high so only secure websites can be accessed.

I'm not going to take my website down just because some kid decides to ignore my warnings and explore the world of yaoi (which is going to happen sooner or later, in this site or another). And lets not forget that the things in my website are actually rather mild. The things in this site are nothing compared to the stuff your kid is most likely looking at in other websites and TV.

And just for the record, I DO actually have warnings on each of my pages. It's not my fault people ignore them.
And you know, if your kid is going to school, chances are he/she's already using drugs and reading smutt magazines.

Please think a little, and take your own precautions to protect your kid before sending me mail like this. You'll most likely end up showing your foot in your mouth.
