Sealing Of Hull
The hovercraft has been sanded with a 5" orbital sander and the sawdust was removed  with a shop vac making it ready for sealing
The hull has been sealed with epoxy using a 4" roller.   2" and 3" fiberglass tape was used to seal all seams where wood was joined together Microballoons was mixed with epoxy to fill in staple holes.  It kind of works like body putty. I am also mixing in fumed silica with the microballoons where I don't want it to run or drip down.
Supplies under hovercraft.  The two jugs are 1 gallon containers each with a pre measured pump for dispensing either the epoxy or the hardener. I am using a slow setting hardener.
It's still level.
The temperature has been as high as 104 degrees inside the canopy and the construction of the hovercraft goes on.
