Someone once said that the membership of an organization is made up of bones: There are the "Wishbones" who spend all their time wishing someone would do the work. There are the "Jawbones" who do all the talking about, but very little else. Next comes the "Knucklebones" who knock everything that everyody else tries to do. Finally, there are the "Backbones" who get the load and do all the work.
