thailand
it's very good for you

thailand has become notorious for its ocean of travellers, and is often poo-pooed as being too 'on the beaten track'. while that is a sad and snobbish sort of generalization to inflict on such a colourful country, it can be hard to disagree while on the khao san road in bangkok, a mecca of lager and video screenings of 'men in black'.

there are corners everywhere on earth to find beauty, and i don't agree with anyone who would avoid the country altogether because it's been 'done'. there are many surprises and amazing people to come across... just get off the khao san!
