Cricket tells us this story:

"This really isn't a ghost building. This used to be the General Store for Indianola, Bynum’s store. They carried a little of everything. “Tater” Bynum was the owner. The cook stove that Indianola was named for was delivered to this store. There is a lot of Indianola history there. Bobbie S was raised just outside of town. She has told me several times that her first NEW coat came from that store. I can remember when I was about 4 or 5 yrs old, Mom taking me to that store and buying me a soda, coloring book and crayons. We had to walk, but we done it. (Yes from all the way out there). I can remember when it was a good business in town. It might look like a ghost building to some people, but there is a lot of history setting there."

To this, TJ Bynum adds:

"Tater was my half first cousin. He was in reality... Howard Hugh Bynum the third issue of Charles Hugh Bynum and Ruby Lee Whitfield. Tater died 7 Aug 2002 and is buried in Choate Prarie Cemetery he was survived by his wife Jennana Margret nee Davis. They had no issues." Where you came in.
