| .One of the most beautiful and blessed times of the year. We will meet at Terri's lovely home again this year---she always does such a wonderful job of creating a warm and inviting evening for us and for that we are all grateful! Teri will be making all the main dishes (which is amazing---thanks Teri!) Each Sister is asked to bring a "bag" of candies, cookies etc to give each sister. For more details about what that means, contact Teri or Judy. We will meet at 6:30 PM Several of us car-pool---so if you'd like to ride with other sisters, simply call around. Riding together makes the evening more fun for all. Don't forget your Secret Sister. Also, for those who have Secret Sisters who have birthday's right at or around Christmas, remember them too. Don't forget to bring your Christmas ornament for the ornament exchange--- always a fun time! |
| Information about out "Adopted" Christmas Family Each year we "adopt" a family to help bring cheer to----by giving gifts and food. This year's family includes a 37 year old mother who works some 45-50 hours per week (minium wage), goes to college full tiome and is the single mother of three boys. She is recently divored and was in a terribly abusive marriage. She is hard working and a good student who is trying to make a better lifer for her children. I should mention that she graduated with her Associate degree last year and is now working on her B.S. in Business. Details about each family Member: Donald is 16 years old pants: 30/32 Shirt: 16-18 Large Likes hunting, fishing, camping, working out with wieghts and anything oput doorsman. Travis is 8 years old pants size 7 Shirt size 6/7 Likes sports, dinosaurs, monster trucks, fishing, cars. Trevor is 7 years old pants size 5 shirt size 4/5 Likes cars, monster trucks, fishing The Mother is 37 size 3/4 petite shirt size medium Likes angels, working out All gifts or donations should be given to Gina at or by the Christmas party.
