Yeah yeah yeah, I might be Sri Lankan, but it doesn't mean that I can't bag them like other people, lol. Believe me, there's so many things wrong with Lankans. You would've probably already experienced these things by a Lankan, but I'm just warning you here, so don't take it the wrong way. Remember, this only applies to SOME lankans, lol. Give me some feedback and tell me what you think, if you have any complaints about Lankans, or if you just complaining about what's here.

#1. Lankans can be sooooo competitive!!! Trust me on this one! I know from experience. Thank god my parents are normal, cos lots of Lankan parents put pressure on their kids to do better than the other, or maybe even the kid wants to do better than the other person. This includes if they're your best friend, friend or even cousin. It's really horrible. I am REALLY short, but can you believe someone's parents actually even wanted to compare my height with their child's?! That person may remain nameless, but this is getting so ridiculous! It's kinda funny though, but REALLY annoying.

#2. They run their mouth a lot. They boast soooooo much!!! Oh my god!!!! This is one of the most annoying thing about Lankans. They boast about themselves or a family member or whoever of theirs. "My son, the doctor", "My daughter, the lawyer". A few words for you, GET OVER IT! You don't have to be a lawyer or a doctor to be successful, and do what YOU want, not what anyone else wants you to do.

#3. They copy you!!! This has gotta be the MOST annoying one!!!!! It drives me INSANE!!!!!!! If you have Lankan friends or cousins, well, beware! Cos you would have to get rid of the tag on your top in case they see it and get the EXACT SAME top as you!!! That even applies to things like....Microwaves or Washing Machines!!!! loL! Believe it or not, it's all true.

#4. They're REALLY loud!! This can be irritating if you're at a shopping centre especially! They are either on the phone talking really loud, or just talking to you about the fat person who's in front of you! Oh my god! It's horrible, cos that person would end up hearing what they said!!!

#5. If you go to a Lankan's place for dinner, it's most likely to be rice and curry! Don't get me wrong, I LOVE rice and curry, but not all the time. You know how bad that is for your health if you eat too much of it? And if you eat it 24/7 like most Lankans you would get cholesterol or something. I don't eat rice and curry all the time like most Lankans. I eat it about once a week. Thank god my parents are great cooks and can make a variety of foods. See, every time we go to a Lankans place, it's always rice and curry, rice and curry, rice and curry!!! It's like that's all they eat or they can't cook anything else or something. Or is that it?

#6. They think they know EVERYTHING!!!!! You know, some may come over to your house, and they'd tell you to your face if they think something looks bad, and when you go to their house, it's like 'what the hell would they know?!' lol, it's really funny though, especially when they got no taste and they're really old fashioned, and they're not into modern stuff like my parents are.

#7. They expect too much from another Lankan. They think, just cos you're lankan, that you should be doing all this bull shit lankan stuff......like going to Sri Lankan dinner dances. It's like they only want to socialise with Lankans and Lankans only! I like to be around all different nationalities, so I never go to a Sri Lankan dinner dance thing.

#8. They get REALLY excited if they see another Lankan at the shops, on TV...even if they are a singer....even if they are HALF Lankan, loL! Sure, I'm proud of being Lankan, but c'mon, this is too hilarious. When you're at the shops, and another Lankan knows you're Lankan...they just stares at you...It's very disturbing, lol. Who likes being stared at? Definitely not me!
