Independence Pass Snowstorm
As we drove from Georgetown to Aspen Thursday, what had began as rain,
turned to snow. The further we went up Independence Pass, the heavier
and thicker the snow became. Although it was mostly a wet snow, it
was still beautiful, not to mention fun to play in!
Just after we got over the top, we encountered a long line of cars at a construction area where the road was down to a single lane. To pass the time, Pup and I climbed out of the Trooper and had some fun. Manuel didn't want to join the fun. As you can guess....it wasn't too cold.....
