In a large saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, heat marshmallows and butter over low until melted; mix well. Stir in the cereal, raisins, walnuts and cinnamon.
Pat into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan.
Cool. Cut into bars.
