Combine cream cheese and 1/2 c sugar. Blend in one egg.
In saucepan, combine water, margarine and chocolate: bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add combined remaining sugar and flour; mix well.
Blend in remaining eggs, sour cream, baking soda and salt. Add to cheese mixture
Pour into greased and floured 15x1/2x10 1/2" jelly roll pan. Spoon cheese mixture over chocolate batter. Cut batter with knife several times for marble effect; sprinkle with chocolate bits.
Bake 375° 25-30 mins or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and cut into squares.
