Mix eggs, sugar and oil together until well blended. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Chill dough.
Shape into small balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 8 minutes.
When cool, frost with thin icing flavored with anise extract. Make thin icing - mix confectioner's sugar (I don't how much sugar she uses) with milk and anise extract
