Cream butter and sugar. Add 1 egg yolk at a time and beat well. Add flour.
Form into balls the size of a small walnut. Make a dent in the ball with your thumb.
Bake at 350º on a cookie sheet for 20 minutes.
Fill dents with apricot jam as soon as taken from the oven.
