• 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
• 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
• 3/4 tsp. salt
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1/3 cup cocoa
• 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Pour into 1-qt. glass container with lid. Layer just as given in recipe (do not mix)

Cover and store in cool dry place

Will keep up to 6 months

To prepare brownies
beat 3 eggs, 2/3 cup vegetable oil and 1 tsp. vanilla in a bowl

Add brownie mix stir well

Spread into greased 9-in. pan

Bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool
