Lemon Angel Bars
1 pkg. 1-step Angelfood cake mix, dry
1 can lemon pie filling
1/2 cup coconut (optional)
Mix together & bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Frosting:
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
Powdered sugar added until right spreading consistency
Beat together, adding powdered sugar until spreadable. Spread over baked base. Cut into bars.
