Stir together flour, oats and baking soda in medium bowl; set aside.
Beat together margarine and sugar until light and fluffy in another medium bowl. Stir in eggs, milk and vanilla until well combined. Gradually stir in flour mixture until thoroughly mixed. Stir in pineapple until just mixed.
Pour into greased and floured 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F., 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 15 minutes. Drizzle caramel sauce over top. Cut into bars.
