Gingersnap Bars


Melt butter in saucepan; cool 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except 2 tablespoons sugar

Spread in greased 15x10x1" jelly roll pan. (Batter will be very thick.) Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar

Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Do not overbake!! (Bars are done if a slight imprint is left when you press with your finger)

Cool 5 minutes; cut into bars.
