• 2 c. rolled oats
• 2 c. semi-sweet pieces
• 1 c. unsalted butter
• 1 c. dark brown sugar (packed firmly)
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
• 2 large eggs--beaten
• 1 Tbsp. milk
• 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 9-oz. white chocolate
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. Crisco

Preheat oven to 350º Butter cookie sheet.

Combine oats and chips and set aside.

In another bowl beat butter and sugars till creamy. Sift flour, soda, cocoa and salt together and then add them to butter mixture. Mix well

Add milk and vanilla into eggs then add that to butter mixture. Add chips and oats, mix well.

Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet, bake 9 to 12 min. cool well.

Melt white chocolate and Crisco in double boiler (or microwave). Dip 1/3 of cookie into chocolate and cool on wax paper.
