Peanut Butter Crisps


Thoroughly combine oats, sugar, and salt. Set aside

In a small saucepan, melt margarine. Add to oat mixture and mix well.

Firmly pack 1/2 of mixture into a 11x7 inch baking pan. Melt creamy peanut butter and spread evenly over oats. Cover with remaining oat mixture, packing gently.

Bake at 350º for 25 -30 minutes.

Let cool almost completely before cutting.

Makes 18 squares
