Melt chocolate and butter over hot water on very low heat. Beat in sugar
and eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and stir in chocolate mixture. Add
nuts and spread evenly into 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350º for 35
minutes. Cool
Meltaway Topping:
Cream butter, sugar, milk and vanilla extract, spread over cooled baked brownies. Chill in refrigerator. Pour melted chocolate over chilled mixture and spread evenly.
Store in refrigerator. Cut into squares before topping is completely hard.
