In a large bowl, combine crumbs, marshmallows, nuts, and sugar.
In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips over low heat. Remove from heat, set aside 1/2 cup.
Pour remaining melted chocolate over graham mixture. Stir until well blended.
Pour into greases 8-in sq pan. Press down till firm and even.
Frost with reserved melted chocolate.
Chill for 1 hour
