Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 15-inch by 10-inch baking pan or line with aluminum foil. Spread graham crackers evenly in pan.
In a medium saucepan, bring brown sugar and butter to a rolling boil; boil 1-1/2 minutes. Stir in nuts. Pour mixture over crackers and spread evenly.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes. Top will be bubbly. Cut while warm. Store in an airtight bag.
