Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam.
After all mixed well, take a teaspoon and take some of the dough, then roll by hand into ping pong size balls, and place on sprayed cookie sheet. Wet the bottom of a juice glass with water and dip into sugar (separate from the recipe). Flatten the balls out lightly with the glass. Bake for 8 minutes until golden. I cook mine for about 10 to 12 minutes, I guess my oven isn't as hot as my friend's is, that gave me this recipe. Take out of oven and take off cookie sheet with a pancake turner and place on a wire rack to let cool.
Keep in air tight container.
