Combine ingredients and beat well. Roll out about 1/4" thick. Spread
dough with date and nut mixture. Roll up jelly roll style. Wrap in
foil and leave in refrigerator several hours. Slice 1/4" thick and bake
375° 8-10 minutes
Filling:
Combine all ingredients except nuts. Cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat add nuts. Let cool.
