Bring water to a boil, remove from heat and add tea bags. Allow tea to brew for 5-10 minutes. Remove tea bags; let sit for another 5 minutes or until cool
Prepare brownies as directed, using the tea instead of water. Let brownies cool. Cut into squares
To serve, place brownie square on plate, top with a scoop of chocolate
chip or other favorite flavor of ice cream. Garnish with mint leaf, if desired.
Note: may substitute Bigelow Red Raspberry for the peppermint tea bags and garnish with fresh raspberries.
