In a large bowl mix all ingredients, chips last.
Form 4 balls and press into small loaves 2 inches wide, 1 inch tall. Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet 2 inches apart and bake at 350° oven for 20-25 minutes
Transfer to cutting board and cut 1/4 inch slices and lay flat on cookie sheet. Sprinkle sugar on top and bake for 10 minutes, turn over and do the same
Store in zip lock bag or air tight container for up to 3 months
