Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
In a large bowl, cream butter, peanut butter, vanilla, and sugars; mix 3 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Gently stir in Reese's Cups and chocolate chips.
Drop dough by teaspoons onto ungreased baking
sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Cookies will look soft and underdone--do not
overbake.
