Lemon Crispies


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, stir together dry cake mix, melted butter and beaten egg. Stir in cereal.

Roll dough into 1 1/2-inch balls. Place balls of dough 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake cookies for 8 to 10 minutes, or until edges are golden.

Let cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute before removing to a cooling rack.


Yield: about 30 cookies
