• 1 cup butter, at room temperature
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 eggs, beaten, at room temperature
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup sour cream, at room temperature
• 5 cups flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream; mix well. Stir in sifted dry ingredients. Stir in nuts.

Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheets. Sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon. Bake 15 minutes.
