Heat oven to 350º
Combine sugar, brown sugar and butter in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy, 1 to 2 minutes
Add eggs, almond extract and vanilla. Continue beating until well mixed, 1 to 2 minutes. Add flour and baking soda. Reduce speed to low, beat until well mixed, 1 to 2 minutes.
By hand stir in coconut and toffee bits.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 11 minutes or until edge are golden brown.
Let stand 1 minute, remove from cookie sheet and cool completely.
