Place 20 cookies in the food processor and blend till finely ground. Add butter, press into 9x13 pan.
Chop remaining cookies, not until fine, leave slightly chunky. Set aside.
Blend cheese, sugar and vanilla in bowl with mixer. Add eggs, mix all till well blended and smooth. Stir in remaining cookie chunks. Pour over crust.
Bake @ 350º for about 40 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate at least 3 hours. Cut into bars.
