Lemon Crumb Bars


Mix the cake mix, egg, and oil. SAVE 1 cup of the mixture for topping.

Pat the remaining mix into a 9x13 pan, and bake for 15 minutes at 350º

Beat the cream cheese, sugar and lemon until smooth, and spread carefully over the baked crust. Crumble the remaining cake over the top of cheese mixture. Bake for another 15 minutes.

Cool and cut into bars.

Keep refrigerated
