• 1 lb. butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 12 egg yolks
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 cup orange juice
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1-3/4 boxes of Swans Down cake flour

Beat butter for a half an hour, add sugar and continue beating. Add egg yolks and keep beating, add vanilla.

Combine baking soda and orange juice and mix well. Add to mixture and mix well.

Add dry ingredients and mix until dough is soft.

Take small pieces the size of small meat balls, and roll and form into wreaths. Brush with beaten egg.

Bake at 350°, 15-20 minutes.
