Mint Brownies
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine all ingredients.
Bake in an 8x8 inch greased pan at 359 for 25 minutes
Mint filling
1 cup sifted confectioner's sugar
2 Tbsp. soft butter
1 Tbsp. light cream
1/2 tsp peppermint extract (I like using peppermint oil. Uou can find it in a heath food store)
Combine ingredients. Spread over cooled brownies and refrigerate.
Chocolate Glaze
1 square semisweet chocolate
1 Tbsp. butter
Melt chocolate with butter on low flame. Pour while warm, and refrigerate
