Cherry Cheesecake Squares
2 Cups graham cracker crumbs
1 Cup sugar, divided
1/4 Cup butter (1/2 stick) melted
3 pkgs. cream cheese (8-oz. each) softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 can.(20-oz.) cherry pie filling
Mix crumbs, 1/4 Cup sugar and butter. Press into a 13x9 pan bake for 10 minutes at 325°
Mix cream cheese remaining sugar and vanilla w/ mixer until well blended add eggs and mix pour over crust.
Bake at 325° for 35 minutes or until center is almost set
Cool in refrigerator for 3 hours or overnite
Top w/ pie filling
Cut into squares
