• 1 cup buttermilk Bisquick mix
• 1 pkg. 4-1/2 oz instant pudding mix (any flavor)
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1 egg

Mix, shape into balls. Flatten on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with colored sugar

Bake at 350º for 8 minutes
