Pecan Shortbread Cookies
1 C butter
5 T powdered sugar
2 C flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 C chopped pecans
Powdered sugar
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, a bit at a time, then vanilla. Fold in pecans.
Using about 1 T. of mixture, shape into crescents.
Place on cookie sheet
Bake 20 minutes at 350º
Roll in powdered sugar while still hot.
